• KYC compliance: Verifying your identity prior to enabling withdrawal functions, as required under applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

5.3 Any third party receiving personal data from 7777sz is required to process that data only for the specified purpose and to maintain appropriate security standards. 7777sz does not permit third-party processors to use your data for their own commercial purposes.

6.1 CNIC photographs and identity document data submitted for KYC verification are among the most sensitive categories of personal data processed by 7777sz. This data is handled with the following specific protections:

• CNIC images are transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections only.
• Identity documents are stored in encrypted form and are accessible only to authorised 7777sz personnel with a direct operational need.
• CNIC data is used exclusively for the purpose of verifying your identity in connection with your 7777sz account — not for any other commercial purpose.
• Where KYC is processed by a third-party verification provider, that provider receives only the minimum data necessary to perform verification and is contractually prohibited from retaining copies beyond the verification period.

6.2 Where a KYC submission is rejected, the submitted documents are not retained beyond the period necessary to communicate the rejection reason and allow resubmission. Approved KYC documents are retained for the duration of the account relationship and for the post-closure retention period specified in Section 9.

7.1 When you make a deposit or request a withdrawal via JazzCash, Easypaisa, or Pakistani bank transfer, 7777sz receives transaction confirmation data from the relevant payment provider. This data includes the transaction reference, amount in PKR, timestamp, and the registered mobile number or account identifier associated with the payment method.

7.2 7777sz does not store full bank account numbers, JazzCash PINs, or Easypaisa PINs. Payment credentials remain with the relevant financial institution or mobile wallet provider. 7777sz retains only the transaction identifiers necessary for account reconciliation, dispute resolution, and AML record-keeping.

7.3 Transaction history within your 7777sz account, including deposits, withdrawals, bets placed, and winnings credited, is retained for the period specified in Section 9 for regulatory compliance purposes.

8.1 7777sz uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the platform, maintain your session, prevent fraud, and understand how the platform is used. The following categories of cookies are used:

9.2 At the end of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised such that it can no longer be attributed to an individual player.

10.1 7777sz implements the following security measures to protect your personal data:

• Encryption at rest for sensitive stored data including CNIC documents, payment identifiers, and account credentials;

Age verification is enforced as part of the KYC process for every 7777sz account. Date of birth is collected at registration and verified against CNIC documents during identity verification. Accounts where age cannot be verified to 18+ will not have withdrawal functions enabled.

13.1 7777sz may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or platform functionality. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly.

13.2 Where a material change is made to this Privacy Policy that affects how your personal data is processed, 7777sz will notify registered Pakistani players via their registered mobile number or email address with reasonable advance notice before the change takes effect.
